{"id":11,"date":"2021-07-15T21:29:59","date_gmt":"2021-07-15T18:29:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/erga.di.uoa.gr\/?page_id=11"},"modified":"2024-05-09T09:42:17","modified_gmt":"2024-05-09T06:42:17","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/erga.di.uoa.gr\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"line-height:1.5\">The \u0395\u03c1\u0393\u0391 Lab was founded in 2002 and is headed by <a href=\"https:\/\/cgi.di.uoa.gr\/~emiris\/\">Professor Ioannis Emiris<\/a>, currently President and Director General of ATHENA Research &amp; Innovation Center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"line-height:1.5\">The Lab is affiliated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.athenarc.gr\/en\">ATHENA Research &amp; Innovation Center<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.di.uoa.gr\/en\">Department of Informatics &amp; Telecommunications<\/a>, National &amp; Kapodistrian University of Athens. It is part of the joint team <a href=\"https:\/\/team.inria.fr\/aromath\/\">AROMATH <\/a>affiliated with INRIA Sophia-Antipolis (France).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0395\u03c1\u0393\u0391 examines real world questions, addressing the entire spectrum of problem solving, starting with algorithm design, up to software development and application to the specific problem.
